Not all play

After all, it's a business trip. It's not all play and no work.

This is a shot of the team at work in our partner's office.

Behind us is the altar of Ho Chi Minh (Or commonly known as Uncle Ho). You can find this in every govt office in Vietnam. Incense is offered daily as a sign of respect to the late leader for unifying the whole country.

A casual business lunch with our partners.

Quite value-for-money set lunches available.

Bird's eye view

These shots are taken off a high rise restuarant located in the heart of Hanoi.

Super busy traffic.

Count on zebra crossing? Better think twice.

Zooming in on the traffic.

Part of the Sword Lake.

2 of us jogged round this lake on 2 occasions before flying to HCMC.

The usual suspects waiting for dinner.

An awesome display of sunset colours.

DOG MEAT ANYONE?

That's the leg of a dog. Looks yummy? Actually the meat is pretty tough plus I realised that dogs have very thick skin - I really dun like to eat skin. And the skin seems like it's superglued to the meat .. haiz so you can imagine I got quite a rough time trying to rip it off.. not a very enjoyable meal.

Dog meat is just one type of "wild delicacies" that we tried at Vietnam. We also tried rabbit meat (nice!), pigeon (not much meat), goat (BBQ style = nice!) ..etc.

Posing for Pru

Haha this shot was taken in a shelter under the pouring rain in HCMC.

My friends and I were on our way to a "happening music place" when the rain came pounding on us - fast and furious. Thought of taking a wacky shot while waiting for the rain to subside. Why not? Turn mourning into dancing! :)
